OnSolve MIR3 Customer Insights

1. I have enabled push messages in the app settings and verified I have enabled notifications for the app on Android settings.Hello, does the app require a verification to open it every time? I'm having issues with that since my work email isn't accessible from mobile, I have to be at my desk to open the appI don't receive push notification though have received the message.

2. Have already checked the notification settings and also the Android version is latestit worked 1st time i installed the app.

3. I can see alerts when opening the app but I never get push alerts or notifications from the app telling me there is an issue.

4. Even then, it's hit or miss.Doesn't work, there is a welcome screen and the next button doesn't work.

5. tried uninstall and reinstall but same issue.It doesn't keep you logged in for very long if you can even get in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix OnSolve MIR3 Issues

1. Fix OnSolve MIR3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart OnSolve MIR3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the OnSolve MIR3 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OnSolve MIR3" » Open OnSolve MIR3 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OnSolve MIR3 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear OnSolve MIR3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OnSolve MIR3 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OnSolve MIR3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check OnSolve MIR3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OnSolve MIR3 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall OnSolve MIR3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OnSolve MIR3 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OnSolve MIR3 not working
