Why should I report an Issue with FM Radio: AM, FM, Local Radio?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of RadioLy to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

We should be able to scroll very quickly through stations that are not pertinent to us.Pretty sweet to be able to listen to krock radio from NY and I'm in AZ.... even west coast has some rock radio that's cool too... but it's really nice to be able to listen to whatever you want... thanks again FM radio app for being there... now impress me with more options.... thanks from a happy customer.!!!!I love This app! 2. (Unless I'm missing something?) Good app for lots of radio stations that are pre selected, but I was not able to find specific local radio stations I needed to check weather warnings.

3. This happens quite often with most radio stations even local radio stations that I have saved the favorites.Not a tuner.

4. I can't change my rating at this time because now I come to find that the connection does not stay connected with most radio radio station says that the connection will cut out and then after a few seconds we'll resume back to playing again.

5. I saved them but they unsaved somehow nothing crazy though, thank Jesus anyways still great app even without saving stations since it still works like a charm ;).Edit. Was working great then it has started glitching with the ads and won't play the stations anymore.

6. However, it lacks the stations that are under the banner of iheartradio, so if your favorite local station has ads/events for iheartradio, you will probably not find it here.

7. However, the search feature is non-functional making it very difficult to navigate the 9000+ USA stations (not to mention the numerous international stations).

8. Edit: the "settings" are only links to social media or this rating page.All of these radio apps offer more than most of us are looking for.

1. Fix FM Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FM Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FM Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FM Radio" » Open FM Radio: AM, FM, Local Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FM Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FM Radio: AM, FM, Local Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FM Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FM Radio: AM, FM, Local Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FM Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FM Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FM Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FM Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FM Radio not working

2. Fix FM Radio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FM Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FM Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FM Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
