Why should I report an Issue with OnlinePianist - Songs on Piano?

1. But other than that a really enjoyable app.I have been using online pianist for roughly the last 2 years and I love everything about it! I started out not knowing anything on how to play or read music, but this app literally turned my life around! I spend 2+ hours a day practicing and I'm at the point that I can play pretty much any(da baby) and every song 80%_100% of normal playing speed within 30 minutes of trying out a new one.

2. So u can learn at your own pace! Just wish it had the song dueling banjos & is be set for life! Thanks a bunch for this app!!I really wish they could add some of kinda more songs like Alec Benjamin, Sucession Studios, Imagine Dragons.

3. The songs that you play will be offline, which I really enjoy.I really think this app could be a really great way to learn how to play really great songs.

4. I can't really read some music sheets but this app instructed the music notes and finger numbers of a song in a simple way, and it is really fun to learn.

5. I would like to see added to the app would be a lead in to the song or a countdown (some song seem to play the second I hit the screen to play).

6. This app has tons and tons of songs that you could find on YouTube as well but what's nice is you don't have the distortion of slowing the video down and can pick a much more accurate tempo for exactly your level.

7. Accidently closed it once during an add/pop-up and it wouldn't let me leave the screen and spammed the song I was trying to learn repeatedly with no way of stopping it.

8. Great songs and great service!A tad buggy but incredibly useful and full featured.

9. I've been waiting an entire month for the song I suggested and they still haven't added it.

10. It's free and compatible and easy to use.I don't think they even add suggested songs, you can see the new songs are just the hits that they think everyone likes.

1. Fix OnlinePianist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OnlinePianist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OnlinePianist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OnlinePianist" » Open OnlinePianist - Songs on Piano » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OnlinePianist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OnlinePianist - Songs on Piano app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OnlinePianist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OnlinePianist - Songs on Piano" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OnlinePianist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OnlinePianist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OnlinePianist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OnlinePianist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OnlinePianist not working

2. Fix OnlinePianist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OnlinePianist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OnlinePianist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OnlinePianist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
