1. Some tickets that require "Additional demographic information" doesn't let you update that information ob the confirmation page (like the website does) or redirect you to you profile page.

2. Of course, it downloads easily to my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and my profile is current, but it doesn't include any other information such as tickets, tickets granted, tickets requested that are in the queue, locations, shows, etc.

3. Hoping this doesn't interfere with me being able to attend any events if I were to receive ticketsThe app is convenient for requesting tickets and checking in for a show.

4. After this last unistall it won't even open, uugghh (Charlie Brown voice)I just redownloaded the app after 2 years after applying for tickets to an upcoming event & I am not even able to log in into my account.

5. I've seen so many great concerts but the best ones have been free.I've created an account and wanted to request tickets.

6. EDIT: latest update fixed the additional information issue.I used this app many times prior to the closing of many theatres and shows before 2020, so now that the state is reopening for us, I tried to log in yesterday with no luck.

7. And I have tickets assigned to me, so I can't just create a new account to use here!I love this app and program.

8. So tickets are probably lost now for the Kelly Clarkson show that my mom was excited about.The app is very helpful.

9. How could you not? Free tickets to some of the biggest events in entertainment and all you have to do is sign up early.

10. But sometimes it doesn't list the same content as the website and has a few errors.Doesn't connect to my account, pretty useless.

1. Fix 1iota Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1iota: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1iota App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1iota" » Open 1iota » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1iota » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1iota app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1iota servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1iota" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1iota app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1iota might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1iota. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1iota then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1iota not working

2. Fix 1iota Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1iota be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 1iota not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 1iota may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
