1. You have to order 6-8 separate times in order to get a single reward, and despite the chance of getting a free sandwhich, most of the time its just a free bag of chips (only recieved 1 sandwich after over 1 year of ordering on the app).

2. When I get food ordered in the store, I put my number in and they say it goes to the rewards app, but those purchases don't show in my history and my "sandwiches needed for next reward" count doesn't change.

3. For example, if you made it easy to re-peat a single item from a previous order without repeating the entire previous order.It does the job.

The achievement badges that don't actually do anything are kind of silly - each should come with some specifically-identified award attached - but the fact that it has features that I don't like doesn't alter the fact that it does what I want it to do correctly every time.Super easy to use and very convenient.

5. Other than that the app is straightforward and easy to use.I like the app because all I need to know is the address, and they deliver! Star downgrade due to the fact that it's not easy and things are overly complicated to order.
