1. It doesn't recognize the inputs as valid so there are big red warnings that options weren't selected even when they are and it asks when you want the pickup to occur at the beginning of the order then doesn't transfer that information through to checkout so it shows up wrong and has to be resubmitted.
2. 🙄 Regularly gives me "free delivery weekend" notifications, but I cannot order delivery through the app; once an address is entered, the only option that works is "back" and it defaults back to pick-up.
3. Since I order the same thing every time, the app saves me time.Update 4/28: got an email about the app being re-launched, but same issues.
4. I really only wanted the app in order to track my rewards points and after a month of use still don't understand how to track my rewards or see IF I'm even earning points.
5. Super agitating!Tried to order a custom cake and the interface is terrible.
6. The website and app use the same method for building an order and its not the MOST user friendly approach.

8. I would've accidentally ordered without my promo code or applying a tip tonight if I had my credit card info correct when I entered it the first time.
9. When I called inside and told them of the issue, they were hesitant about taking our order over the phone.
10. We were standing outside of an open location and the app said it could not process our order because the location was closed.
11. It doesn't display all the items available for order.
