Why should I report an Issue with Pesito - Kerala's Own Food/Grocery Delivery App?

SUGGESTION all delivery boys keep calling for address and location every time... please add option to give a saved voice message about location details... so that we can avoid the unnecssary calls... zmato app has the feature.. i suggest you can also implement it.... At times i prefer zomato, because ordering and delivery is simple... even though delivery charges are high in zomato.. thanksVery bad experience.

2. Service: The delivery executive did miss an item in my order and it was not easy to report.

3. Most of the time delivery personnel end up coming 1.5 hrs late but I have never faced issues such as order cancellation or bad attitude from them.

4. Which I did and the fun part was they in-turn asked me to contact the Delivery Executive and after a long talk he accepted the fact that he made a mistake and missed the item.

5. But remember customer support is terrible and it is not easy to look back into order history for specifics.

6. If there is something Pesito needs to improve is a better UI to see the delivery personnel location, better visibility of map location and faster delivery.

7. Map is not showing, no way to see the auto detected location of delivery.App is really hard to use and also not appealing at all.

8. Like every other delivery apps when they started, this also gives discounts right now.

9. Plenty of time I am try to contact the customer support and they make me as a fool.

10. My payment was debited from my account and unfortunately due to unavailability of network they can't connect me over phone for delivering the order.

1. Fix Pesito Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pesito: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pesito App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pesito" » Open Pesito - Kerala's Own Food/Grocery Delivery App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pesito » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pesito - Kerala's Own Food/Grocery Delivery App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pesito servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pesito - Kerala's Own Food/Grocery Delivery App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pesito app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pesito might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pesito. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pesito then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pesito not working

2. Fix Pesito Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pesito be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pesito not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pesito may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
