1. Fix Class 8th Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Class 8th: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Class 8th App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Class 8th" » Open Class 8th - Marksharks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Class 8th » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Class 8th - Marksharks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Class 8th servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Class 8th - Marksharks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Class 8th app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Class 8th might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Class 8th. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Class 8th then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Class 8th not working
