Pastel colors on white are very hard to read for those of us who are not in our twenties.does not link up with streaming services such as Spotify/deezer which means music is extremely limited, there should be an option in the app to let you disable the touch to talk feature, also, there should be a dark mode on the app.This is great for what it is however I'm about to drop it in the trash This has been around long enough to where it should work with other echo's and work with routines on the alexa app.

2. The night time settings for timeout don't stay anymore and I'm always having to restart the app.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Useless.....bought Vobot and cannot set up.

3. This is truly a POS device in its current setup, such potential wasted, shame on the developers for not following through with what could have been a fantastic product.

4. Right now the clock is worthless because I can not log in to fix the settings.Device was working until today when it decided to need more information about my Amazon account.

5. 2.with daylight saving changes the alarm switches to the new time instead of staying at the same number ex:if it was at 6am it'll move to 7 instead of remaining at 6 after the time changes.

6. Bugs: 1.when searching for location (us) only the name of the city shows, not the state so you have to go one by one and guess which one it is by the current weather forecast.

7. Too bad, because it could be a cool product if only they had put more effort in fixing bugs and customer support.Disconnects alot and alot of glitches since my app update.

8. The vobot device itself is so poorly designed and faulty.

1. Fix VOBOT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VOBOT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VOBOT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VOBOT" » Open VOBOT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VOBOT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VOBOT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VOBOT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VOBOT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VOBOT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VOBOT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VOBOT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VOBOT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VOBOT not working

2. Fix VOBOT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VOBOT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VOBOT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VOBOT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
