1. Fabien quickly returned my email and had me reboot my phone and recalibrate and the problem was solved! I use the app to locate objects for astrophotography and it is a necessity! Love the detailed photos of the deep space objects, the actual live tracking of satellites, the seemingly infinite database of information on almost every object in the night sky imaginable, etc, etc... I have used a multitude of different astronomy apps and nothing comes close to Stellarium.

2. It did work great just after purchase, but now, even with a new phone it still won't fully calibrate, very frusratingI use this app for work to help visualize the orbits of specific satellites and the catalog of objects this app has is really amazing.

3. Great Information, except the letters are too small to read unless you make the phone brighter, the process of which blasts your night vision.

4. I also had the problem of the phone screen not tracking anymore when changing menu settings until it is pointed straight up, which isn't a big deal just annoying.

5. Thank you.Cool app, won't calibrate past 30% no matter how many times I move it in a figure-8 pattern, facing me, facing away from me, on its back, on its face, just always says "calibrate compass 30%" otherwise this app would be super awesome.

6. I would recommend downloading a red and black qwerty keyboard to preserve your dark adapted eyes when searching for objects out in the field.

7. In order to exit the app, you have to turn off full screen mode to display the screen control options, which causes subsequent problems upon restarting the app.

8. Great app and worth buying to support.The app seems to be pretty decent all-around, I rated it a 3 because I have problems calibrating it.

1. Fix Stellarium Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stellarium Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stellarium Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stellarium Plus" » Open Stellarium Plus - Star Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stellarium Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stellarium Plus - Star Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stellarium Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stellarium Plus - Star Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stellarium Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stellarium Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stellarium Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stellarium Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stellarium Plus not working

2. Fix Stellarium Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stellarium Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stellarium Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stellarium Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
