I love being able to help contribute to what we're listening to, and it always seems to be something new and exciting, even if it's a band you know or a song you've heard before.I am giving That Station five stars because of the music they play, and the general good vibe of the people involved Just love what they play.

App is good but I would like two additional features: 1) ability to favorite a playing song when in car mode - having really large thumb up/down icons would be great, and 2) would like to be able to treat favorite songs as a playlist - currently can only play one at a time.Great app, love the now playing rating option and favs list you can play anytime.

3. If the thumbs up/down was doable on the app, it would be 5 stars! Love That Station!This app allows me to listen to a favorite station where I would otherwise have to listen to a lot of static with a little music being so far out of range.I love being able to set an alarm for my favorite blues program on Thursday nights.

Otherwise love it!I absolutely enjoy listening to the music on this app; The diversity of artists from local performers to more known performers is so refreshing as well as the fact one can see the name of a song and the person or group that is singing; It's not repetitive and burdened with continuous commercials .

5. Way to go guys!I love the station in Raleigh and the app is great for figuring out cool songs i hear and hearting them to favorites.

6. i dont have the thumbs up or down on my app nor on the website, but overall the station plays Phish, Moe, The Dead, Tedeschi Trucks, and Umphrey's McGee, which I dig and has introduced me to Blackberry Smoke and others.

1. Fix That Station Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart That Station: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the That Station App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "That Station" » Open That Station » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for That Station » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear That Station app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from That Station servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "That Station" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check That Station app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, That Station might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall That Station. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall That Station then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing That Station not working

2. Fix That Station Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make That Station be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to That Station not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, That Station may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
