Why should I report an Issue with Tiny Decisions?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I don't see that on this version (I'm using Android now as opposed to Iphone where I was also using the app)... Has it been removed or am I missing something? It's very user friendly, and it's worth it pay the few $ to have no ads.When I first open the app it always displays the wrong wheel (what do I want to eat), if I spin the wheel it then changes to the correct wheel.

I absolutely love this app and I even payed for the premium version so I had more versatility with the wheel, the only problem I have with it is I wish it had some sort of folder system where I could separate the wheels that are used for different purposes, or atleast sort the wheels so they aren't all scrambled.

3. Also, after I've spun the wheel I can't read the previous spin results because the option text and background are the same colour of grey.

4. Edit: app was just updated and all the wheels I had previously made were deleted and I had to restore my purchase using the weight option (settings didn't work)Everything about this app is amazing except for 2 things for me.

5. There's no dark mode setting, and there isn't much setting variability, simple but something important, the app is really great and I would rate it 5 stars if these issues weren't prominentNot helpful for long titles.

6. I only hear the clicking and ding sound when a choice is selected by the wheel from my notification sound, not my media sound.

8. Please try to fix soonReally great but two issues, there's not a way for you too save your info to the cloud, so if it updates and info is gone then it's not coming back, and REALLY BIG it would also be nice to be able to Copy wheels.

9. Which is $2.99. Every single time I make a wheel and even after I spin it, it asks me that everytime.

10. Have used this for selecting books off my TBR, have a wheel for restaurants at different price points, etc.

1. Fix Tiny Decisions Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tiny Decisions: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tiny Decisions App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tiny Decisions" » Open Tiny Decisions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tiny Decisions » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tiny Decisions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tiny Decisions servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tiny Decisions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tiny Decisions app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tiny Decisions might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tiny Decisions. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tiny Decisions then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tiny Decisions not working

2. Fix Tiny Decisions Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tiny Decisions be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tiny Decisions not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tiny Decisions may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
