1. Secondarily, this app does sometimes make you watch lengthy ads (30+ seconds).Look I understand realistically, this app doesn't need to be used for more than five minutes at a time so the chance for ads shouldn't be the most promising.

Instead I have to go in and manually make 50 white, 33 red, 17 yellow....It was very helpful for figuring out with I want my room to be themed, my only recommendation is to add a button to choose if you want it to really it off instead of the first option it lands on that's the choice, and it deletes the option it lands on.

6. I love the colors and function of this app but it's got one glaring, completely obnoxious fail that is the primary reason I'm deleting it just days after downloading it - there's no way to exit the app (at least for Android).

8. You can make a wheel or spin a few times before a somewhat lengthy ad, and even on the regular screen there are a lot of still ads that are easy to accidentally click.

1. Fix Decision Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Decision Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Decision Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Decision Maker" » Open Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Decision Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Decision Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Decision Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Decision Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Decision Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Decision Maker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Decision Maker not working

2. Fix Decision Maker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Decision Maker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Decision Maker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Decision Maker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
