Why should I report an Issue with Arcadia for Destiny 2?

1. I like how the search for the different Latent Memories were checklisted with proper icons and the "Google esque" location icons that in that same checlist it made it a lot easier to work on gaining the famed "World Line Zero" exotic sword quest a breeze.

2. Only minor complaint is the app purports to show the current location of Xúr, and although it shows his inventory and shows "Loading Xúr location" when accessing the "Xúr is here!" tab, I cannot find a place where it is actually listed.

3. It keeps track of EVERYTHING you do and provides a map so you can find the things you're missing.Extremely handy! If you're looking fore lore items that aren't collected by yourself, track them through this app.

4. Keep up the great work!This app is very useful for all guardians, it tracks absolutely everything that you do, tells you where xur is and what he has as well as every other vendor in the game, and it has some useful tools like maps, tips, etc.

5. It also shows all weapons that are labeled as unknown in-game, which made me incredibly happy since now I know what all the items are and their stats.

6. Despite that though, this is one of the best apps you can get right now.I didn't give a full 5stars because now the app won't load, but when it works it is amazing and has wonderful quest& lore tracking.

7. My only problem is that sometimes it takes a little bit to load certain things, but that's to be expected due to the amount of information this app takes from Destiny because it literally tracks everything.

1. Fix Arcadia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Arcadia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Arcadia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Arcadia" » Open Arcadia for Destiny 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Arcadia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Arcadia for Destiny 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Arcadia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Arcadia for Destiny 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Arcadia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Arcadia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Arcadia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Arcadia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Arcadia not working

2. Fix Arcadia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Arcadia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Arcadia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Arcadia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
