1. The app does not work at all.... I'm not calling customer service, everyone is complaining,,,you call... I'll just wait a bit to see if it starts working again, if not I'll just cancel it, it's not really worth the price anyway.Very informative, and the layout is easy to understand.

3. The app is completely clueless most times.suddenly jacked up the price to more than double, removed all account management options from the website (and none whatsoever in app, naturally), they hang up on you if you call them, and it rarely works and is unusably slow the rare times it does.
4. It thinks my Altima is electric and offers charging and climate control that it didn't have before and doesn't work anyway.
5. I expect all the features to work, and they don't!! The app on my phone is telling me that the "find my car" feature is not part of my subscription.
6. What's the point of having an app that you're paying for and the main feature doesn't work.
7. IF the new app even actually works for unlocking/locking/starting your car it's SUPER SLOW to provcess requests, then notifications are super small, blend in with rest of screen then confirmation disappear almost instantly once complete.
8. The vehicle consistently says that it cannot be located, no data is ever in the app, and none of their remote functions work.
9. Have the premium subscription and it doesn't work.
10. Lock, Unlock, Climate... etc none of them actually work.
11. I've worked with Nissan connect support, Sirius XM support, and brought the vehicle into the dealer.
