1. Just save yourself some time and dont download.Is there any way for y'all to make it to where the karaoke thing actually gives you just the instrumental? Because the quality is so bad, and I mean BAD, that when I do it, the instrumental sounds distorted, the vocals still appear, and overall, it just sounds bad.

2. But I was really disappointed because when I tried to record after changing the pitch, it recorded very well but when I listened to it later, the pitch went back to the original hence, contrasting between the music and my voice.

8. quieting of the audio is another cold case that cant be solved thought it was on my end but it is generated by the app itself at random sections in the recording.

1. Fix SingPlay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SingPlay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SingPlay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SingPlay" » Open SingPlay: Karaoke your MP3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SingPlay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SingPlay: Karaoke your MP3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SingPlay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SingPlay: Karaoke your MP3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SingPlay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SingPlay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SingPlay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SingPlay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SingPlay not working

2. Fix SingPlay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SingPlay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SingPlay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SingPlay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
