Why should I report an Issue with ReelShort - Short Movie & TV?

1. They drove me crazy 3 reels into a story and I gave up, then deleted.I didn't mind "watching" all the ads (there's a lot but you can get a decent amount of coins doing that) but the problem is the cost per episode.

2. But paying to watch 2 minute clips is overrated watching ads that are almost longer than the clips gets old, getting limited points again watching ads.

3. But this is not worth my time to be this frustrated with 30-second ads, and the clips are not worth the coins they want you to spend for 30-45 second clips.The app is easy to use and I enjoy the stories.

1. Fix ReelShort Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReelShort: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReelShort App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReelShort" » Open ReelShort - Short Movie & TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReelShort » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReelShort - Short Movie & TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReelShort servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReelShort - Short Movie & TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReelShort app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReelShort might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReelShort. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReelShort then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReelShort not working

2. Fix ReelShort Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReelShort be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReelShort not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReelShort may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
