1. Tried to use it today for the first time in quite awhile, and I cannot access the subscription features... it treats it like a "free" subscription.Edit - after several weeks they emailed me and I got a refund.

2. 5 stars if one time fee or free.The names and thumbnails for the filters have never been very helpful in conveying what they'll actually look like on your photo, so the only option is to try them all and see.

3. You can only install additional filters one-by-one, and it makes you start at the top of the list each time, making things even harder.Used to be worth having.

4. Although the response came very late, but when it came they were really dedicated to sorting the problem out.UPDATE: After back and forth with support for months, still does not find my subscription.

5. If you are like me you will almost certainly not get your money's worth out of the premium, as the HD rarely loads at all, and does so even more seldom on filters outside a select few within the classic selection.

6. Hoping this improves, as prisma has been my favorite.one of the best apps out there but i am simply blown away by the increasingly ridiculous charges associated with the HD processing and extra filters.

7. No longer recognizes my PAID subscription! This is the second year I've had a paid subscription (on Android phone) and have used it in the past on the web as well.

8. I'm not going to subscribe and I think the idea will fall flat if a different model isn't figured out but the filters and concept as well as UI are pretty cool.

9. I almost didn't try it because the first thing when running it, before even showing any features, it said you have to pay for it... as a subscription.

10. Makes me skeptical about the paid ones.Best UI and "filter" selection out there, as far as I'm aware, for a neural network / artificial intelligence photo app.

11. However my biggest issue is that the devs say that there are no free features removed and only premium features added.

  • I tried the 3 days trial from Prisma Photo Editor + it supposed to end on the last day trial 6/28 /21
    But on that day I wanted to sign up for the
    Premium Annual ( one year ) $9.99
    But instead they signed me up automatically for the Prisma Premium of $35.99 + tax on my CHIME Visa Card 🥵🥵🥵
    Now I like the app a bit but they over charged me the service
    Because they did not even give me a chance to choose the service I want !!!
    So I need for Apple or Prisma app to charge me only $9.99 annual service + refund the rest of the $$$ back to my Visa account
    ( which is $26 or more ??? )
    My name is ANH + I’m currently teaching Children Art @ a Japanese Church in HI
    I am a good citizen helping Kids in the community a lot + don’t want to be overcharged with this Prisma app Bc I need to buy Art supplies for the Kids at my church !!!!

  • I install Prisma Apps.
    It is said that we get 30 days free trial.
    I tried on Apr 23rd and then I cancelled on April 26rd because the application is not suitable with my need.
    Today I got bill from Telkomsel (Inodnesian provider). The bill amount include Prisma subscription.
    I can't accept this since they should give me 30 days free trial and then I already cancelled. Why Prisma still charge me IDR 200.000 ( 1 year subscription).

    I want refund as I already cancelled my trial period (only 3 days trial).

    Please give an attention to this case an give me a good solution.

  • Hello, i would like to cancel my premium one year subscription before the 3 free days of it end. The free period ends tomorrow and I can't find a way to succesfully cancel the subscription. When I try to do it through the app, it still shows me that the subscription is active but when redirected to the google play website to delete it, it shows me that I have no subscriptions. PS. I have chosen my Visa card as a form of payment.

  • I paid for a year subscription and a few weeks ago the app stopped working, I can open it and then it is frozen, I can see my photos, including recent ones, but I can't select anything, all I can do is close the app.

    The subscription I had was never intended.

    I am begging for a refund. Please.

    This is my baby's milk allowance that is at stake. I have never used the service even the trial. This was by accident.

    Google Play wasnt able to refund, since they can only refund in app purchases not subscription.

    It seems I have been charged for the full years subscription within my 3 day free trial? I have cancelled within the 3 day free trial, so I would like a full refund ASAP.
