1. Also, it would be so cool if it could predict what you would look like at different weights.It's a neat idea and it kinda works, but there seems to be no way to edit the measurements they set once the scan is complete, and height and weight are put in.

2. it needs work.This app has a huge potential and am eager for updates! Body scan steps especially of creating 3D are complex to do, yet determine accuracy of outcome.

3. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix it.keeps crashing, spent so much time on the 3D body scan and it didn't even save it the first time, the other times it kept bugging, just froze.

4. Potential is good, but need to ensure it is user friendlyOnce the scan is done properly in good lightning the metrics predicated is like 96% accurate, in terms of height weight etc.

5. Secondly, it would be nice to generate the 3D based on a side view and face view.Taking scan easy 5/5, but only did face and background.

1. Fix Nettelo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nettelo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nettelo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nettelo" » Open Nettelo - 3D body scanning and » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nettelo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nettelo - 3D body scanning and app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nettelo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nettelo - 3D body scanning and" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nettelo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nettelo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nettelo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nettelo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nettelo not working

2. Fix Nettelo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nettelo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nettelo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nettelo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
