1. And why are they trying to make the teacher's app a social media platform? As if I care about what other people are posting... put that on the students app, it doesn't benefit us the teachers in any way.Why is it that I'm redirected to the old app when I keep getting a pop up message about having to download the new Teacher's app, yet I get the old student one, even after I uninstalled? Where's the Actual new teacher's app that's required, and why do we still need this one when it caters mostly to our students?This deserves ZERO! It doesn't work properly.

2. Thank you very much!The platform does not work properly and staff members don't take in a consideration the requests..... Staff members never keep their word ... They never solve problems and they always make excuses to buy their time ... My rating will not change, just as the NC staff has not changed anything about my requestsI just downloaded the app (literally 2 minutes ago), before I even start completing my details, I see a grammar error: "You may to turn off the camera during the lesson" .

11. App doesn't work at all, after uninstalling and installing several times still doesn't function.

1. Fix Native Camp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Native Camp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Native Camp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Native Camp" » Open Native Camp - English Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Native Camp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Native Camp - English Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Native Camp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Native Camp - English Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Native Camp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Native Camp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Native Camp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Native Camp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Native Camp not working

2. Fix Native Camp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Native Camp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Native Camp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Native Camp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
