1. I am a new customer, why in the world would I know that you're ticking system is flawed ..... get a clue...... all you had to do was give me the login info, but for some reason through all the texts , emails and phone calls that didn't happen.
2. I've been waiting over 2 months for login information and they never sent it.
3. Then they said it was my fault because I don't know how their internal office system works.
4. Customer service is a joke.
5. They blame you for their short comings.
