1. Also it would be nice to be able to make some changes like categorization in bulk by marking check boxes and then changing once rather than clicking on each item it you forgot to do it the first time, or changed your categories.Terribly glitched.

2. Very useful for making a registry in Canada (QC in my case) and allows importing the item from any store website.

3. Constantly freezes or gets stuck doing the same process over and over (like if you edit an item and try to save, it'll keep saving and get stuck and your only option is to close the app).

4. Disappointed in what could have been a real game changer.Horrible. The "scan barcode" option did not work for a single item at The Bay.

5. It doesn't scan any items at Kohl's and they just announced that they are discontinuing their own registry, so this seems a high priority fix.

6. Every time I open the app, it automatically takes me to "Special Offers" where it tries to get me to sign up for emails from third parties.

1. Restart MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist" » Open MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist not working

2. Fix MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyRegistry- Universal Giftlist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
