Why should I report an Issue with Elevation - Altimeter Map?

1. However, the developer's iOS version on Appstore has very good feedback.Can't even see the other reviews??? Doesn't function, nothing on map screen, won't generate elevation stats, used specific coords.Can't use it as it's not showing any dataCloses immediately on attempting to open the app.Crash when open.Doesn't run.

2. So i typed it in manually to compare locations to somewhere that i know is the town with the highest elevation and a town with the lowest elevation and it gave me the same exact elevation number for both towns, so this is absolutely innacurate.

4. It's just making up random numbers.The app is not opening.

5. No matter where i am it says it can't find the location.

1. Fix Elevation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Elevation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Elevation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elevation" » Open Elevation - Altimeter Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elevation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Elevation - Altimeter Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elevation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elevation - Altimeter Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Elevation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elevation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Elevation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elevation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Elevation not working

2. Fix Elevation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Elevation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Elevation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Elevation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
