Why should I report an Issue with Maimovie: AI Movie & TV Finder?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of mycelebs to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Maybe more targeted but it doesn't really make it any easier.I give 5* although I would like to have the opportunity to remove Movies/ TV Series recommendations (temporarily/permanently) given that I get recommended what I liked (with the 'heart' icon) already and/or what I'm not interested in (I get overwhelmed by recommantions from a specific country, for instance).

4. I don't see how this app can be of any use, it suggests movies based on tags like "unique" , "original" , "masterpiece" based on your likes , the movies in those categories are just too far from a taste match 1.

5. Im huge on movies and many shows i watch repeatedly and this app can always find entertainment i enjoy.

6. The only critique I have Is the Keyword search page like I can't find a movie using that unless I know the exact title of the movie.

7. There are "coming soon" tabs that are never soon, aside of them being useless when they're gonna be launched.It's a decent app but it doesn't really solve the problem I need it to solve.

8. Easy to navigate.I'm beyond surprised how well made this app is, the amount of filtering and sorting to find a movie you like is mind boggling.

1. Fix Maimovie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maimovie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maimovie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maimovie" » Open Maimovie: AI Movie & TV Finder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maimovie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maimovie: AI Movie & TV Finder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maimovie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maimovie: AI Movie & TV Finder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maimovie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maimovie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maimovie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maimovie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maimovie not working

2. Fix Maimovie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maimovie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maimovie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maimovie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
