5. But the movies that I watch and shows with it take forever to load I do not mind the ads too much but the loading is the problem for me .

7. Whenever I watch a show or a movie it all of a sudden stops and says it's loading and then takes forever then I get to watch like 10 seconds of it and then it says it's loading again .

1. Fix Videhut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Videhut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Videhut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Videhut" » Open Videhut » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Videhut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Videhut app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Videhut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Videhut" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Videhut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Videhut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Videhut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Videhut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Videhut not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Videhut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Videhut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
