Why should I report an Issue with Shroomify - USA Mushroom ID?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Keep up the great work!!!This app is great! It shows things like appearance, size, shape, taste, and toxicity of mushrooms, and you can even change your location settings for more selective results! It also has a large list of shroom attributes like cap shape, color, spore prints, and more! However, there is one small problem.

2. Either of those would add plenty of value to the pro version for me.Incredible app, very easy to identify mushrooms and I've found some really good ones already in the Allegheny Mountains! Instantly bought Premium as soon as I started using it, figured even if it didn't give many features it was worth a tip.

3. But what I mean is I bought premium and when I go to view the second image of a mushroom offline it tells me I must buy premium to do so.

4. It works fine online.It is a disappointment to pay for a more detailed feature that was a waste, as the only difference between the two versions were 2 more photos of limited species.

5. A select few mushroom species aren't included in the app for my location (east U.S.) such as P.

6. Personally I wouldn't rely on it completely since you only get one picture per mushroom (for free that is), but its wonderful to help you get a general idea of what the mushroom could be.

7. My feature requests would be the ability to save specific species to a list, a little shroom Pokedex if you will.

8. All in all really useful.I love the app! Simple to use, and has a good amount of information on species.

9. That makes it far less useful for identifying mushrooms in the wild out in the forest where there's no cell service or wifi.

10. Previously I spent a lot of time on Google and that's quite difficult because the mountains where I go for my nature fix rarely have cell service, and when they do, it's very bad, too difficult to see photos, only text.

11. One possible functionality that could improve the identification feature is the ability to select one or MORE options when narrowing down your selection.

1. Fix Shroomify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shroomify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shroomify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shroomify" » Open Shroomify - USA Mushroom ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shroomify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shroomify - USA Mushroom ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shroomify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shroomify - USA Mushroom ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shroomify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shroomify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shroomify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shroomify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shroomify not working

2. Fix Shroomify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shroomify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shroomify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shroomify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
