Why should I report an Issue with ASMR - Brain Tingles?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

It's actually just a good app, Way better than Tingles, The app lacks a screen rotation but most people listen to asmr to fall asleep so I dont think it really mattered, it also allows you to listen and turn your phone screen off which is neat for when I want darkness, I rarely get adds and when I do they arent annoying unlike YouTubes ads every few seconds, the videos and searching runs smooth for me (unlike one review said)I love this app! I live listening to asmr on youtube, but when I want to fall asleep the screen is really bright and it doesn't continue to play all night! But with this app I dont have to worry about it stopping throughout the night! I love it!!This app is amazing.

Thanks to developer for the hard work!Cons about this app - videos lag and app doesnt scroll smoothly - ads are annoying - no option for fullscreen - you cant view asmrtists channels when watching a video Overall the app is pretty good but it could be SO much better.My phone must be incompatible because the app refuses to open.

Soo... yeah, you can see where my rating comes from.I give it a 4 because it wont let me hear it somtimes so hope it hets fixed but overall its a good appEvery time I would try to open it it would just close if I could I would give it a 0I'm surprised that it even works when the app is closed, I love itThis is the BEST app I ever used for ASMR it so good it has everything download it I reccomend it!!!!!!The app sounded so good and then I got it and I didn't even open.

1. Fix ASMR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASMR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASMR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASMR" » Open ASMR - Brain Tingles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASMR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASMR - Brain Tingles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASMR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASMR - Brain Tingles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASMR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASMR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASMR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASMR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASMR not working

2. Fix ASMR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASMR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ASMR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASMR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
