  1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
  2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "ASMR - Brain Tingles".
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

  1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
  2. select "ASMR" and click "Cancel Subscription".
