1. Really annoying! Fix it please as soon as it's possible.It was working fine and i had no issue But in the latest version i get the"failed to capture payment" a lot and no matter ho many times i reset the app or toggle my network connection on and off it won't solve the problem I would really like it if you looked into this Thank youThe first time I installed the program, no message was sent to me until it was finally corrected through the call option, but after a few months, it asked for the password again, and this time the code that was sent was not correct.

I really like this operator and also got a TD-LTE sim card & I'm convinced with the speeds and all that but such a bad app can't be acceptable.The functionality is there, although some design problems exist, for example if you are disconnected from a network while in the app, it will automatically prompt you with a connectivity issue message, and then you need to restart the app for it to work again, no retry button or anything!Most of the times it has connectivity problems, while the network is connected via wifi & is ok or by using data it doesn't open the app and prompts a message "make sure you're connected through wifi or your phone's data".

3. purchasing internet packages is easier with other apps like Asan Pardakht!It's just confusing an operator like this, which is more likely the boss of all operators in Iran gives such a bad and cheap app for it users.

4. Now how can I enter the program ??!😡 30 GB of internet was not activated for me and many others.😑 Solve the problem of entering the program in general ... It has bugs.

5. And sometimes these ads do not load correctly and make the response time of the app high.You should get the UI and UX more organized and cleaner and add a good dark theme to your application and its sub applications.

6. Please remove the yellowish theme and add a nice dark theme, remove the ADS and have some respect for your customers.

8. Lightweight, fast, full of great features, nice interface, etc.

9. An eror is your phone is not coneect to internet.Full of unrelated ads.

10. a lot of features and settings fail with error messages related to server.

11. You feel like you're using an app which was made during dark era(2003 something).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyIrancell Issues

1. Fix MyIrancell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyIrancell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyIrancell App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyIrancell" » Open MyIrancell » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyIrancell » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyIrancell app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyIrancell servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyIrancell" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyIrancell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyIrancell might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyIrancell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyIrancell then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyIrancell not working


2. Fix MyIrancell Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyIrancell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyIrancell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyIrancell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
