1. The idea of wrapping the packets on paper it's great and cheers for not using plastic like any other service.This app does not have the option to cancel your subscription and charges you automatically for the next period.
2. I wasted more than 10 minutes trying to sign up (no surprise here, there's not a single working app on the continent), just to find out that there's no service.The service works if you are sent to a Mr Jeff location BUT they outsource as well and this is where you'll find issues.
3. My second order was outsourced to a laundry place that didn't pick up at the selected time and I didn't get my laundry back the day it was supposed to be delivered.
4. They were inquiring whether my clothes had been picked up?!?! No tracking system?I have one problem less in deciding when to do the laundry day and use my precious free time.
5. Jeff takes money out of your bank account for excess laundry without your approval.
6. Keep charging to my credit card with a 1% extra charges without me knowing because this company is an overseas company that if you use VISA or Master card, there's extra 1% charge.

8. The laundry place did not care at all! The app also doesn't provide a way of contacting them directly either.Terrible. They made me wait two days for a pickup window and then did not show up.
9. When I complained about it, their customer service asked me if I want to cancel my subscription instead of giving correct service.
10. The service from the local center in Sevilla is fantastic but the app is useless and full of bugs.
11. Considering it is an app-based service, I would appreciate if they spend time to upgrade quality of app.
