1. You only pay for the time that you are parked.The only reason I don't give 5 stars is it doesn't give the option for one car to be added to 2 accounts... My wife and I share a car and it's an extra hassle to coordinate the parkingI use it in Santiago de Compostela and it is very helpfull because it locates where you are and automatically applies the corresponding parking zone.Great app.

2. Tried using the app in Calpe , on Avenida Gabriel Miro with a foreign license plate, does not work, says "Out of area", after adding my plate, card, etc.

3. No more having to leave work to feed the metre every few hours!Parking in Calp is advertising this app as a way to pay but when downloaded the app it tells me that Calp is out of coverage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moviltik Issues

1. Fix Moviltik Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moviltik: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moviltik App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moviltik" » Open Moviltik » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moviltik » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moviltik app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moviltik servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moviltik" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moviltik app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moviltik might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moviltik. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moviltik then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moviltik not working


2. Fix Moviltik Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moviltik be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moviltik not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moviltik may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
