Why should I report an Issue with Moviebase: TV & Movie Tracker?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Moviebase to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Once these things are addressed, you'll be five stars all the way.Don't know how many stars to give this app because in one hand I really like this app on my Android and the features are super useful for me but in other hand I miss this app on my iOS devices like my iPad and Mac! I don't wanna use 2 or 3 different apps for the same purpose so It would be really appreciated if the developers bring iOS support or atleast a webapp would work too!One of the nicer Trakt apps available, but it needs some changes to really focus on the management of Trakt data.

2. {-2-} Please add a prompt before removing something from Collection (keep the Undo prompt too, but please prompt before actually removing in the 1st place.)I have tried a lot of apps that use the Trakt API and this one is by far the best! I just bought my lifetime premium and it is totally worth it! I had one request though, we currently have the "Upcoming Schedule" category in the home, but it currently only works with shows.

3. Would recommend for anyone serious about collecting, or who just loves movies.This is definitely the best app to keep track of what movies & TV episodes I've watched, rate them, make a watchlist, and it tells me which shows have another season coming.

4. {-1-} There needs to be more immediate access to Collection, Personal Lists, and Watchlist.

5. I'll definitely upgrade the rating accordinglyThis is a great app for creating a database of the movies you own, find recommendations, reviews, and create a wishlist.

7. Other less desirable features when compared to IMDb are lack of pictures of the actors and screenshots of the films.

9. It's very transparent about what you'd get with premium and I'm seriously considering it.I was looking for a substitute for IMDb, because the latter has been getting worse and worse, but this is not it.

10. Why can't anybody create a practicle app and don't screw it with the updates!?Needs home button always displayed so I don't have to close out the app or hit back 10x to go back to the home screen.

1. Fix Moviebase Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Moviebase: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Moviebase App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moviebase" » Open Moviebase: TV & Movie Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moviebase » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Moviebase: TV & Movie Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moviebase servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moviebase: TV & Movie Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Moviebase app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moviebase might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Moviebase. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moviebase then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moviebase not working

2. Fix Moviebase Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moviebase be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moviebase not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moviebase may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
