Why should I report an Issue with CineTrak: Movie and TV Tracker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of CineTrak to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

The only thing I wish they would add is something like the system MoviesFad has, where you're able to put in different types of devices and streaming services you watched these movies or shows through.I like the recommendations feature and the interface and that they bring in other rating sites.

2. Can't recommend it for that reason.This app is great for finding new shows and movies while keeping track of the ones you want to watch and the ones you've watched already.

3. Sometimes I will be looking through a custom list for something to watch and it doesn't show any movies in the list as being watched already when I know I have marked them watched previously.

4. Biggest wish is to hide shows somehow, I don't want to not track what I've watched but I just don't want to see some anymore (not under now watching or calendar).

5. I've only been using this for a short time, but it would be nice to look at a director's list of movies without having a bunch of random shorts or features they've done.

6. When I'm able to I think this is a dev I'll definitely be supporting.A very cool app that allows you to keep track of all of your movies and TV shows.

7. Please fix.Like the UI and concept, but it was inconsistent in syncing/connecting online and with Trakt.tv. "My Shows" page would usually say "no shows...", then randomly connect and list all my shows.

8. When displaying shows, the rating section would just show all ten stars highlighted, and wouldn't allow me to rate it, or edit it or delete it.

9. Custom lists, analytics on your collection (watchtime, genres, etc), it has a ratings function, date watched... the list goes on.

10. Minor but easier feature to deal with is to be able to make a list while adding the movie to a list, which is usually when I think of customer list ideas.My app of choice despite flaws.

11. I've looked at my watchlist on Trakt.tv and see all of the shows I've added there, so this may be a syncing issue.

1. Fix CineTrak Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CineTrak: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CineTrak App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CineTrak" » Open CineTrak: Movie and TV Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CineTrak » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CineTrak: Movie and TV Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CineTrak servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CineTrak: Movie and TV Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CineTrak app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CineTrak might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CineTrak. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CineTrak then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CineTrak not working

2. Fix CineTrak Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CineTrak be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CineTrak not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CineTrak may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
