2. The UI design is confusing.IOT and product barely synergizes to work together to provide advanced features such as estimating humidity/power/performance matrix to deliver best automation , often playing the blame game on product or app team instead of fixing the consumer issues.
3. Such limited functionality with poor UI/UX makes it an utter waste of time and money to purchase their "smart" products.
