Thx!Can't connect to water bottle... will be returningLight has trouble keeping and finding the wifiFeedback abt the the lack of ongoing software support n enhancement to existing products abt purifiers n dehumidifier led light cannot be switched off when other competitors allow such option in the app.

2. The UI design is confusing.IOT and product barely synergizes to work together to provide advanced features such as estimating humidity/power/performance matrix to deliver best automation , often playing the blame game on product or app team instead of fixing the consumer issues.

3. Such limited functionality with poor UI/UX makes it an utter waste of time and money to purchase their "smart" products.

5. By the way, I am using Samsung Note 10 plus.Hi there, nifty momax 2 iot smart dehumidifier/purifier.

6. Also is your API shared? It will help many to integrate into their smart homes for those using hubs.

7. Is this the best you can do while marketing at such high prices? A sheer dissapointment indeed..The product I got isn't even in the list, and auto scan finds nothing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MOMAX Smart Issues

1. Fix MOMAX Smart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MOMAX Smart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MOMAX Smart App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MOMAX Smart" » Open MOMAX Smart » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MOMAX Smart » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MOMAX Smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MOMAX Smart servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOMAX Smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MOMAX Smart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MOMAX Smart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MOMAX Smart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MOMAX Smart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MOMAX Smart not working


2. Fix MOMAX Smart Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MOMAX Smart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MOMAX Smart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MOMAX Smart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
