1. Read your reviews and see the negative Vs positive.What really is the purpose of this app? What really is the purpose of find a store? How many stords do you have to even need a "find a store" section? Catalogue of products not there, not able look at store products or offers.
2. Waste of time and not worth it.Hangs, every single time! I always have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get it to work...every single time, while at the cashier's:-( .
3. Stop fooling us in the name of digital.The app does not work, it is not catching the internet signal.
4. I offered to have them input my details manually as Naivas does but they said that my app must work.
5. Most functionalities don't work including loyalty points, messaging, call contact and email content.
6. I just lost points for the second time because I had to buy bundles on the line wasting people's time and even after buying the app never worked.
7. It's nice that it stores your receipts electronically though.I feel cheated, after changing phone and downloading the app, all points gone.
8. I just changed phones and on trying to log back in they kept telling me wrong credentials then I realised there was nowhere to input your password when logging in.Worst app.
9. If digital can't work may be give us the physical cards.
10. All in all, it is a useless app.The app barcode is not transferrable to a new handset where the personal details does not change at all.

This is my second time buying sausages from Carrefour at Junction mall and the are never fresh at all They always go bad after one otmr two days after storing them in the freezer.. Also my husband bought bread three days ago and it had moulds all over.. Something should be done honestly..
