Why should I report an Issue with Concise Oxford Thesaurus?

In fact this thesaurus is so "concise" it actually hinders the apps usefulness!Advertised as a free app with optional upgrade, but once initial period is over, everytime you try to open and dismiss the upgrade advert (as I'm content with the basic features), it throws you out of the app completely.

2. I have deleted it.Heads-up: One single word was entered before this told me the Trial Version had come to an end and it was time to buy or Uninstall.

3. God Bless.Hard to tell if it's a dictionary, or infact a thesaurus! External name & logo are the only references identifying this as an actual thesaurus; not a single reference from within the app.

1. Fix Concise Ox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Concise Ox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Concise Ox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Concise Ox" » Open Concise Oxford Thesaurus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Concise Ox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Concise Oxford Thesaurus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Concise Ox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Concise Oxford Thesaurus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Concise Ox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Concise Ox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Concise Ox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Concise Ox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Concise Ox not working

2. Fix Concise Ox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Concise Ox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Concise Ox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Concise Ox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
