1. Tried scanning our Renoir and Van Gogh prints without success. After updating, all of my scans disappeared, but they were quickly restored (within 24 hours) after emailing the developer.
2. So the loveliest paintings flicking through my wallpaper rotation went undocumented until this wonderful thing happened: SMARTIFY! It doesn't recognize everything, even some pieces that are quite old, but they're building their database.
3. Or put the registration page as the last right scrolled page.I can't register, I just get an error message, Something went wrong.
4. Why is the art world so suppressed that they have to shovel this down or throats all the time, I mean for heavens sake, we've all got one! & not even ID the art!I thought the app was broken as it only contains the welcome screens with no way of progressing beyond them.
5. So the start needs changing with a chevron or something to show there is another screen below, because as written it looks like you are meant to just keep scrolling right and if so nothing happens.
6. The Echo's range is extraordinary - it's an almost 5-star experience - with one glaring exception: it doesn't tell you who painted what you're looking at.
7. Not only is the scan box set unchangeably as a square the pinch and zoom seems to have two preset distances only.
8. I appreciate the effort to make the commentary engaging and the presence of the sign language, but you really need to consider adding a 1.5x, 2x and 4x speed option.
9. And when I finally gave up getting it sized right and just hit scan after framing as best as I could, it just sat there for minutes.
10. So I missed out and your efforts were for naught.First scan failed hopelessly.
11. The first page says to fill in the email/ password to log in or register.
I was charged in October, despite cancelling my subscription during the free trial. I want to end my subscription & want payment returned. Was told to send an email to cancel, did so, have proof I did so, yet was charged. Return the cost for October & cancel my subscription or I will take further action.
