1. 🤔 maybe it's just me thoughI love news west9 and hope that the station decide too run it all on a regular basis so we can cli k on the app to watch it like regular TV or cable it is hard to watch our favorite TV shows or put it on app like tubiIts getting were its hard to watch newswest9 if u dont hove cable or air antenna or your out of luck im tired trying to watch the news on the app now you dont get to watch the commercial anymore or any of the nfl unless you have cable someone said put up and antenna but you cant watch there channel i remember when u can watch it at anytime now u cant watch it anymore i been watching the channel for very long time now different i dont like it i used watch news 7 but here lately ive been watch othLatest updates screwed up easily getting to the weather forecast.

2. Can't scroll through stories without it wanting to turn the page real quick and making me lose my spot every single time I scroll!!! It never fails!!! Also I have to video controls so if I miss something in the video I have to rewatch the entire thing just to hear a couple of wordsThe new, updated design is not easy to browse through.

3. My work depends on weather.I've had this app for years, I get notifications on my phone but when I pull your page, all I get is last weeks news.

4. Please revert, the recent update is terrible!This UPDATED app sucks ! When you access the app, neither of the backup arrows work.

1. Fix NewsWest 9 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NewsWest 9: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NewsWest 9 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NewsWest 9" » Open NewsWest 9 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NewsWest 9 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NewsWest 9 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NewsWest 9 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NewsWest 9" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NewsWest 9 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NewsWest 9 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NewsWest 9. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NewsWest 9 then reinstall.
