1. It asks you for your interests, yet a second later it's like none of that even mattered as you are bombarded with articles from every topic but the ones you picked as an interest.

2. The videos literally don't load in the app, I just spent forty minutes trying to watch 2 minutes of a 10 minute video because it had to buffer for 30+ seconds every 5 seconds of video.

3. Horrible update... but aesthetically nicer I guess?Lol after reading the negative reviews i figured I'd install to see if was really that bad because i loved stumble upon and so i wanted to see what mix did with it and all that junk.

4. Please just pring the full screen experience that we had before in the android and currently still available in the IOS.Ruined a perfect app... Really depressing that stumbleupon is gone now 😭😭😭.

11. Two issues, if you watch a video, sometimes it freezes or worse, the video's audio keeps playing while you flip through the app.

1. Fix Mix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mix" » Open Mix — Expand your mind » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mix — Expand your mind app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mix — Expand your mind" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mix not working

2. Fix Mix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
