Why should I report an Issue with MixBooth?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of PiVi & Co to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It keeps zooming in on the corner of images and won't let me use the whole image.Uhmm😑... This app don't works properly☹.. It do mix faces but ends up making them look horrible😠! Some of the pics ended up looking like ghosts!👻? Please improve this app🙏🙏No morphing, just simple pasting of features from one face to another.

2. I put super clear hd pictures in and it doesn't load or it says the picture is to dark and when it looks like it's going to work it has an error saying something about the same card.

3. The only way to get it working is to screenshot you photoThe app has a feature to place the eyes and mouth manually but it doesn't work, hence making horrendous mixes.

4. Otherwise it's amazing and uses no internet!Don't bother, Fake app select a picture from the gallery, then it requests you to line up the eyes, nose and mouth.

5. The output is very low quality.When choosing a photo from camera roll it always says no face detected ,if you click try anyway it rotates the image.

6. They don't move.This has been a fantastic app for a very long time, but recently it's been impossible to position the dots to locate the eyes and mouth.

7. It's no longer any use at all, so I now need to find a different app.Doesn't work for me on the Pixel XL 4 running latest Android 10.

8. I tried to use pictures that worked great on earlier versions and it does not recognise the face.

9. Edit: Might take 10 seconds before being able to move markers inline with facial features.I think that it is a very good app.

1. Fix MixBooth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MixBooth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MixBooth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MixBooth" » Open MixBooth » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MixBooth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MixBooth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MixBooth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MixBooth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MixBooth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MixBooth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MixBooth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MixBooth then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MixBooth not working

2. Fix MixBooth Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MixBooth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MixBooth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MixBooth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
