Why should I report an Issue with Days, Months & Seasons - Kids Learning App?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Screen came up with ad at bottom but no other buttons to push, settings or anything...just a orange background with rainbow.Months in the wrong place, unintuitive to use, badly designed, uninspired and low quality voice overs.So many countries are not included.

2. Please fix this ASAP, this was a wonderful little app before that; perfect for a nursery school teacher and/or tutor....or even just a parent wanting to go over vital foundational information with their young ones.Didn't work at all.

3. Have to delete it.Very helpful for kids and pictures and presentations are awesome.It's good app.. due to frequent adds i am uninstalling it.. i am ok to buy but don't see the option.The sound goes out after a couple of slidesNot working.

4. And where is the Spring and Autumn seasons?The voice does't work at all.

5. The app was perfect, but when it updated the last time, the app apparently broke.

6. I can still open it, but I can no longer access the portals that allow you to see the flashcards for everything.

7. E.g Japan and Malaysia.

8. I can't even see them to TRY to click on them.

1. Fix Days, Months & Seasons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Days, Months & Seasons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Days, Months & Seasons App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Days, Months & Seasons" » Open Days, Months & Seasons - Kids Learning App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Days, Months & Seasons » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Days, Months & Seasons - Kids Learning App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Days, Months & Seasons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Days, Months & Seasons - Kids Learning App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Days, Months & Seasons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Days, Months & Seasons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Days, Months & Seasons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Days, Months & Seasons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Days, Months & Seasons not working

2. Fix Days, Months & Seasons Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Days, Months & Seasons be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Days, Months & Seasons not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Days, Months & Seasons may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
