My only criticism is the app was a little confusing to navigate at first, due to the large variety of different of chat rooms and such, but I soon figured out where everything was and now it's a breeze.While the app as a whole is amazing the UI is very confusing to navigate around, for example myself and as far as I have seen, a lot of people had difficulty in finding the early episode release which I hope will be fixed in future.I love this app, it gives members of this story a more immersive experience.

2. But the rest of the adicional content certainly makes up for it! Amazing job you guys keep it up!☺💜It's fairly straightforward to use, and easy to navigate! I've really enjoyed having a space specifically for Project 863, where I can see theories and memes, and interact with other like minded people.

4. it would be nice to have the episodes be the first thing you see and then navigate to the discussions to lost the chance of spoilers before watching.I downloaded the app but it shows me a screen that tells me I'm unable to get a membership at this time and won't allow me to choose a plan or even create an account.

5. Thank you for everything you do Spellbound Inc.I'm really excited for future of this app, but I found it difficult to find the early release but worst of all, while looking for the episode people were posting about what happened in the episode.

6. Edit: i just updated the app, and now it won't load anymore! Every time I open the app, it just shows me a blank purple screen.

7. Love being able to support some of my favorite creators directly! It could be easier to navigate, and it is a bit slow sometimes.

1. Fix Spellbound+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spellbound+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spellbound+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spellbound+" » Open Spellbound+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spellbound+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spellbound+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spellbound+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spellbound+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spellbound+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spellbound+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spellbound+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spellbound+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spellbound+ not working

2. Fix Spellbound+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spellbound+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spellbound+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spellbound+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
