1. Links are always broken.Since IG updated to 225.0.0.19.115, nothing will download, and stuck at login screen, and cannot login, or logout.still ... videos are not downloading/ saved .. app keeps asking you to login to instagram first !Doesn't do anything.

2. I'm not using it anymore because sometimes I will enter a link to try and download something and instead it will ask me to login to instagram.

3. Five stars againA 'pro' version that REQUIRES you to login, while some random online browser downloader downloads any video for free.

1. Fix iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story" » Open iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iGetter「Pro」- Quick save video & story then reinstall.
