1. One should be able to get to the song by providing the first few letters of the song.The app is good , selection is good too, one issue i have isat the end of many lines last word (last phrase, lyric word) just zaps through so fast , on one can sing that way, it does not stream the way it is supposed to and like other previous lyrics in the line.

Whenever I go for a karaoke, only the background music can be heard but the song which is being sung cannot be heard even when attached to a headphone with a microphone.Excellent collection of nicely made karaoke tracks but dissatisfied with the opening of the app which often shows connection problem when there is none.

4. I am getting messages as " since you are already in offline mode on another device, downloading a song on this device is not permitted till song on other devices are deleted".

1. Fix MeraGana Karaoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MeraGana Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MeraGana Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MeraGana Karaoke" » Open MeraGana Karaoke » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MeraGana Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MeraGana Karaoke app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MeraGana Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MeraGana Karaoke" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MeraGana Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MeraGana Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MeraGana Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MeraGana Karaoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MeraGana Karaoke not working

2. Fix MeraGana Karaoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MeraGana Karaoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MeraGana Karaoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MeraGana Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
