2. I'm 65, wanted to use the light measuring application, found the tutorial on Youtube and thought hey, this is simple! I downloaded it but as so often happens with google the tutorials never match the actual experience, as I say, from the very first click my screen looked nothing like the tutorial screen.

3. Also while I applaud your ease of use explanations I wish you guys provided more scaled detail, for example your light sensor lux lumen explanation is near perfect, things like mps are more general perhaps a listing similar of values and real world examples.

4. I am recording accelerometer over multiple days and have lost data already simply because the phone rebooted.Add dark mode to the app, and not only have tools for physics experiments only, please add some bio & chemist related tools, utilities or presets to the app.

6. We want more of a complete app as this just add photos and other readings directly on the feed which looks chaotic and isn't the feature one would like.Features like stopwatch, timer, can make more real-time use case scenario.

7. The only way to stop it is to uninstall the app and for something I need for a class assignment at the very second at school while walking around is HIGHLY INCONVENIENT because by the time I reinstall it, the sound has past.

1. Fix Science Journal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Science Journal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Science Journal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Science Journal" » Open Science Journal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Science Journal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Science Journal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Science Journal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Science Journal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Science Journal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Science Journal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Science Journal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Science Journal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Science Journal not working

2. Fix Science Journal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Science Journal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Science Journal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Science Journal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
