1. What is the point of having an app if it doesn't work and if the website is easier to use?Went to add money to my sons account and it wouldn't load, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled thinking that would fix the problem now its saying we've never had an account or a credit card associated with them...literally just keeps getting worse and worse.

2. This is the 4th time I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app.The only way this app works is if you uninstall and reinstall each time! Also I have changed the notification setting to alert me with a low balance each time I use the app, and it never has! Low and behold I go negative in the accounts and have no idea until the school calls me.

3. I'd delete the app all together but I use it to take that my sons eating at school.. FIX THIS PROBLEM already!Every time I have tried to sign in it doesn't.

4. Well issues of going blank and having to uninstall and reinstall has not been addressed.

5. It doesn't matter if I am trying to add money to an account, view meal history, or the latest, even signing in.

6. It's 2020, get this together!Balance information, payment information and meal information doesn't show about every 3 to 4 weeks.

7. I tried making a payment for a school fees and there was absolutely no app response.

8. For anyone having an issue about it working fine and then not loading go to your settings and clear the data for the app and sign back in.

9. I HATE THIS APP! I've complained to the school, I'm not the only parent having issues.

10. 10/20/19- The app still hasn't been updated, and it still doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix K12PaymentCenter Issues

1. Fix K12PaymentCenter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart K12PaymentCenter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the K12PaymentCenter App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K12PaymentCenter" » Open K12PaymentCenter » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K12PaymentCenter » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear K12PaymentCenter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K12PaymentCenter servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K12PaymentCenter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check K12PaymentCenter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K12PaymentCenter might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall K12PaymentCenter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K12PaymentCenter then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K12PaymentCenter not working


2. Fix K12PaymentCenter Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K12PaymentCenter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to K12PaymentCenter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, K12PaymentCenter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
