1. C'mon, you guys are literally one of the biggest and richest fast food chains in the world, but you invest your time, money, and effort on this garbage? You let down millions of your loyal customers.Works, but 10x slower than the mcdelivery Indonesia app, I'll stick with that one for now.
2. After each of the recent updates, payment processing will always hang, either charging my card successfully while the order itself will fail, or the order fails and eats all my points or promo offers used.
3. This app is intentially designed to instill blind brand loyalty, it comes with convenience, notifications so you get psychologically programmed to think it's the only/easiest food option you have and provide you with "free" items like small fries/drinks/sundae that literally cost almost nothing.
4. it's a bit faster now but still too slow, trying to redeem points is a useless exercise as it removes the points with no way of actually using the discount, going back ends up clearing what you had in your cart and you need to start all over again.
5. One time it says I have to install it from Google Play, but it was installed from here only... Other time it doesn't even open, or says I have to use the latest version, even though there is no update for it.
6. I've complained during the 1st incident but the CSR doesn't being helpful and keep asking so many unnecessary details repeatedly.What's the point to install your app if the promotion/offer option always shows a dead link.
7. There are no specific menu items for Delivery, Menu, Points Barcode, etc.. Also, most of the pages in the app are web pages and not native app pages.
8. I almost have to wrestle with the app's online delivery option just to end up having the app cancel my order(which I did not do) and needing to wait for 5 days or potentially longer for my money to be refunded.
9. The only problem is, whenever I made reward redemption of an item that not available at selected outlet, the apps will still even though I have cancelled the item (no other choice because if not cancel, it cant proceed).
10. It obvious works well for some people.Love the app, easy to make order and can save lot of time.
11. For a company they size of McD this is just embarrassing.An app that pretends to be usable but in reality it's only use is as a glorified points collector.
