1. The Sept 15 update brought improved navigation and added features, like choice of font and font size, line spacing, two styles of reading and speed control in the audio.
2. Also it would be nice to have a design that the reader can just touch a verse number and the audio would begin there so that they could read any part of the chapter that they wanted to.Absolutely love the update! I've used this app now for years.
3. BUT, I'm so excited for this update, like a child opening a surprise present he didn't expect! Thank you! Not only did you fix the audio, but you added the speed control AND another pronunciation choice? What a sleek design! Tbh, i haven't used it much.
4. In addition to lexical form, parsing, and definition, a concordance now offers the entire verse for the other occurrences of the word.
5. The vocabulary the sparse is really helpful to see the basic meaning of basic glass for a word and the parsing verbs and so forth that's great as well.
6. But...when I tap a word in Matthew 1 to get the grammatical breakdown and meaning, while the word that highlights is the word I selected, the word being broken down and defined is frequently not the word I tapped or the word that is highlighted.
7. I love being able to listen to the excellent audio too (and being able to slow it down would be amazing).
8. Although I wish the new reader wasn't a woman, I must say I like her voice and pronunciation much better than the original default, which sounds like a Frenchman trying to speak Greek.
9. This isn't a problem everywhere, but something is annoyingly wrong with at least Matthew 1 and possibly other places as well.Changing my review! I enjoyed this app before until the audio completely stopped working.
10. Being able to get instant parsing is so useful for a beginner with only 1st year Greek behind me.
11. I try to look up the gloss and tap the word but usually the gloss of one of the other nearby words pops up.
