1. Fix Dancing Elf Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dancing Elf: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dancing Elf App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dancing Elf" » Open Dancing Elf - Happy Moves & Christmas Celebrations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dancing Elf » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dancing Elf - Happy Moves & Christmas Celebrations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dancing Elf servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dancing Elf - Happy Moves & Christmas Celebrations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dancing Elf app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dancing Elf might not work.
