1. So if I'm not able to use what I PAY for what's the point of having it? I will update this review if the app/email issues are fixed, however, for the time being I am very unhappy.After the recent update, which changed how you put in info to pay, I can no longer pay for tickets thru the app.

2. Keeps saying that it's timing out right after it tells you to select a seat then is says that the vip subscription has already been used when you try to go back in.Great app, but it loses state sometimes and prevents you from buying your ticket after it times out.

5. As a VIP member, it's frustrating when the app times out on your ticket selection with subscription, locking you out from making any additional purchases that week.

1. Fix Celebration! Cinema Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Celebration! Cinema: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Celebration! Cinema App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Celebration! Cinema" » Open Celebration! Cinema » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Celebration! Cinema » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Celebration! Cinema app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Celebration! Cinema servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Celebration! Cinema" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Celebration! Cinema app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Celebration! Cinema might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Celebration! Cinema. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Celebration! Cinema then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Celebration! Cinema not working

2. Fix Celebration! Cinema Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Celebration! Cinema be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Celebration! Cinema not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Celebration! Cinema may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
